• Meeting Transcripts: All transcripts are stored locally on your device. We never have access to them.
• Meeting Content: We don't collect, store, or transmit any content from your Google Meet sessions.
• Chat Messages: Meeting chat content is stored locally on your device only.
• Personal Conversations: We have no access to what you discuss in meetings.
• Usage Analytics: We don't track how you use the extension.

1.2 Information We DO Collect

We only collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Payment Information: When you purchase the unlimited version, payment details are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). We don't store your credit card information.
• License Key: When you purchase, Lemon Squeezy generates a license key that's stored locally in your browser to unlock the extension.
• Email Address: Only collected during purchase to send you your license key and receipt. Handled by Lemon Squeezy.

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

• Processing your payment for the unlimited version
• Delivering your license key to unlock the extension
• Sending purchase receipts and confirmation emails
• Providing customer support when you contact us

We never use your information for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All meeting transcripts, chat messages, and AI analysis results are stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. This data:

• Remains on your device only
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be deleted at any time by you
• Is protected by your device's security measures

3.2 Payment Security

Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, a secure payment processor that is PCI DSS compliant. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment information goes directly to Lemon Squeezy
• We never see or store your credit card details
• Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data securely
• Your license key is generated and managed by Lemon Squeezy

4. AI Provider Integration

When you choose to use AI features (topic extraction, action items, etc.), you provide your own API key for your preferred AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or custom endpoint).

Important:

• Your transcript data is sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider
• We do not act as an intermediary for AI requests
• Your AI API key is stored locally on your device, encrypted by Chrome
• We never have access to your AI API keys or the data you send to AI providers
• Your relationship with your AI provider is governed by their privacy policy

You have full control over:

• Which AI provider you use (if any)
• When AI analysis is triggered
• What data is sent to AI providers

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

5.1 Lemon Squeezy (Payment Processing)

• Processes payments for the unlimited version
• Generates and manages license keys
• Sends purchase receipts and license delivery emails

5.2 Google Meet

• The extension operates on Google Meet pages
• We access captions/transcripts that Google Meet already displays
• Your use of Google Meet is governed by Google's privacy policy

5.3 AI Providers (Optional, User-Configured)

• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or custom providers
• You configure these directly with your own API keys
• Data is sent directly from your browser to your chosen provider
• Governed by the respective provider's privacy policy

6. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

6.1 Access and Deletion

• View Your Data: All transcripts are accessible through the extension interface
• Delete Transcripts: You can delete individual transcripts or clear all data at any time
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data

6.2 License and Payment Data

• Contact us to request deletion of your purchase information
• Request a copy of information we hold (limited to payment/license data)
• Update your email address associated with your license

6.3 AI Configuration

• Change or remove your AI API key at any time
• Switch between AI providers freely
• Disable AI features entirely if you prefer

7. Data Retention

• Transcripts: Stored locally on your device indefinitely until you delete them
• License Keys: Maintained as long as you have an active license
• Payment Records: Retained by Lemon Squeezy according to their policies and legal requirements
• Support Communications: Kept for up to 2 years for customer service purposes

8. Children's Privacy

Pronto Notes is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users

Pronto Notes is available worldwide. Please note:

• All transcript data stays on your local device regardless of location
• Payment processing through Lemon Squeezy may involve data transfers as outlined in their privacy policy
• If you use AI providers, your data goes directly to them and is subject to their data handling practices

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Significant changes will be communicated via email (if we have your email from a purchase)
• Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance
